RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
TO WITvNER OF MUNICIPAL 7DUTH RECOGNITION AWARD

WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of National City
has successfully launched a program to recognize and ack-
nowledge the outstanding achievements of the young people
in our community, and
WHEREAS, JAMES BALLING has been chosen the winner
of the MUNICIPAL YOUTH RECOGNITION AWARD for exemplary and
meritorious accomplishments worthy of this particular honor
and distinction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of National City hereby commends and congratulates
JAMES HALLING as the deserving recipient of this coveted award,
hoping others are inspired to meet the challenge it represents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 1968.
