RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
(24th Street from Hoover Avenue to Highland Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the bid of T. B.
PENICK & SONS, INC. in the amount of $83,789.96 is the lowest
bid submitted on February 14, 1968, for the improvement of
24th Street from Hoover Avenue to Highland Avenue, Specifica-
tion No. 730.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said bid is accepted
and that all other bids are rejected and the Mayor is author-
ized and directed to execute the contract for said improve-
ment.
