RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
TO PURCHASE TAX DEEDED LAND
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, as follows:
That certain Agreement to Purchase Tax Deeded Land
between the City of National City and the Office of Tax Col-
lector, County of San Diego, is hereby approved and accepted,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same for and on behalf of the City of National
City.

AGREEMENT TO PURCIHASE TAX DEEDED LAND
THIS AGREEMENT, made on the day of 1968
•
by and between the.Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego, State of
California, and the City of National City, a municipal corporation in the County
of San.Dielo, State of California, pursuant to the provisions of Division 1,
Part 6, Chapter 8, of the Revenue and Taxation Code.
WHEREAS, the real property situated within the City of National City, County
of San Diego, State of California, hereinafter set fort'h.in Exhibit "A", attached
to and made a part hereof, has been deeded to the State of California for the non-
payment of delinquent taxes; and
WHEREAS, such deeds to the State for taxes include taxes levied by the
City of National City, the taxes of which on the property are collected by the
County officers;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed as follows:
1. That as provided by Section 3800 of the Revenue and Taxation Code,
the cost of giving notice of this agreement shall be paid by the City of National
City. -
WITNES SETH:
2. That the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego agrees to
sell to said City of National City and said City agrees to purchase from said County
the parcels of property hereinafter set out in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made
a part hereof, which shall not have been redeemed as provided by the Revenue and
Taxation Code, upon payment by said City to the Tax Collector of said County
the slims set forth in said exhibit after the description of the property and
-designated "Purchase Price", within 30 days after this agree-?ent becomes
effective.
3. That said City of National City will not share in the distribution of the
payment required by this agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused their respective
names to bejhereunto subscribed and their respective seals to be hereto affixed
by their respective officers thereunto duly authorized.
