HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 9463RESOLUTION NO. 9463 DEDICATION OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES (Plaza Boulevard) WHEREAS, the City of National City is the owner of all that certain property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly hereinafter described, and WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, that that certain real property more particularly described in Exhibit "A" a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth, be and hereby is dedicated for public street purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described contiguous parcel of land shall henceforth be known as "PLAZA BOULEVARD." BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this res- olution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County. thence continuing Northeasterly along the same course a distance of 318.64 feet to the point of tangency with a 540 foot radius curve, concave Southeasterly; thence Easterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 19° 24' 45" a distance of 182.96 feet to a point on the Northerly line of the Southerly 179 feet of said Northwest Quarter of Quarter Section 106; thence Easterly tangent to said curve, being also along said Northerly line, a distance of 847.40 feet, more or less, to the Southwesterly corner of Lot 1 of Coles Manor, according to the Map thereof No. 5226, filed in the office of the Recorder of said San Diego County, July 29, 1963; thence Southerly along the Westerly Boundary of said Coles Manor a distance of 80 feet to the Northwesterly corner of Lot 20 of said Coles Manor; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of the Southerly 99 feet of said Northwest Quarter of Quarter Section 106 a distance of 847.64, more or less, to a point on said Northerly line which is 80 feet Southerly, measured at right angles, from the point of tangency of the aforementioned 540 foot radius curve with the Northerly line of the Southerly 179 feet of said Northwest Quarter, said point being also the point of tangency of a 460 foot radius curve concave Southeasterly and concentric with the aforementioned 540 foot radius curve; thence Southwesterly tangent. to said curve a distance of 134.36 feet to the beginning of a tangent 540 foot radius curve concave Northwesterly, said point of tangency being 80 feet, measured at right angles to the last mentioned course, from the point of tangency of that aforementioned 460 foot radius curve having a central angle of 26° 27' 15"; thence along the arc of said 540 foot radius curve, concentric with the last mentioned 460 foot radius curve, through a central angle of 26° 27' 15" a distance of 249.32 feet; thence Westerly tangent to said curve a distance of 263 feet, more or less, to a point on the Westerly line of the Easterly Half of said 80 Acre Lot 2, distant thereon 80 feet Southerly of the Southwesterly corner of the Northerly One Quarter of said Easterly Half; EXHIBIT "A" thence Southerly along said Westerly line to the point of intersection with a line parallel with and 80 feet Southerly, measured at right angles, of the hereinbefore designated "Line A"; thence Westerly along said parallel line to its intersection with the Westerly line of the Easterly Quarter of the Westerly Half of said 80 Acre Lot 2; thence Westerly and Northerly along the arc of said 540 foot radius curve through a central angle of 33° 011 55" a distance of 311.32 feet; thence Northwesterly tangent to said curve a distance of 346.20 feet, more or less, to the point of tangency with a 30 foot radius curve concave Southerly which is also tangent to the Easterly line of the Westerly 30 feet of said 80 Acre Lot 2; thence Westerly and Southerly along the arc of said 30 foot radius curve through a central angle of 122° 50' 53" a distance of 64.32 feet to its point of tangency with said Easterly line of said Westerly 30 feet; thence Westerly at right angles to said Easterly line a distance of 30 feet to the Westerly line of said 80 Acre Lot 2; thence Northerly along said Westerly line to a point which is 14.08 feet Southerly of the Northwest corner of said 80 Acre Lot 2; thence Southeasterly on a deflection angle of 122° 50' 53" to the right a distance of 492.16 feet, more or less, to the point of tangency of a 460 foot radius curve concave Northeasterly and which is also tangent to the point of beginning; thence along the arc of said 460 foot radius curve through a central angle of 33* 01' 55" a distance of 265.20 feet to the point of beginning.
