RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ODNVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
and to record the following instruments conveying an in-
terest in or easement upon real estate to City of National
City:

said San DiegoCounty, June 19, 1907, more particularly described as follows:
Those portions of the above described parcels of land lying Southerly and Westerly of
a 36 foot radius circular arc, concave Northeasterly, which is:.tangent to the Easterly
line of National Avenue on the West and tangent, on the South, to a line parallel
with and 40 feet Northwesterly, measured at right angles, to Line 'tA", as hereinafter
described.
