BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute, attest and record those certain Corporation Grant Deeds ( NC Engr Nos. 1056, 1061 and 1062), whereby the City of National City grants to S. & A. INVESTMENT CD. the property more fully described in said deeds, copies of which are attached hereto and are hereby incorporated by reference. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 1967.
