RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
CORPORATION GRANT DEEDS
(S. & A. Investment Co.)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City as follows:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute, attest and record those certain
Corporation Grant Deeds ( NC Engr Nos. 1056, 1061 and 1062),
whereby the City of National City grants to S. & A. INVESTMENT
CD. the property more fully described in said deeds, copies
of which are attached hereto and are hereby incorporated by
reference.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 1967.

hereby GRANT(S) to

the following described real property in the City of National City
county of San Diego , state of California:
Those portions of Block 1, Budd Villa Tract and portion of vacated "At' Avenue
adjacent thereto, as shown on Map thereof No. 1067 on file in the Recorder's office of
San Diego County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of closed "A't Avenue and the
Northerly line of closed 30th Street, as shown on said Map No. 1067; thence Westerly
along said Northerly line of closed 30th Street a distance of 60 feet; thence Northerly
along a line parallel with said center line of closed "A" Avenue 50 feet; more or less,
to a point in a straight line designated as "AB" (said line "AB" described as follows:
Point "A" located in the Westerly line of Lot 7 of said Block 1, distant thereon 5 feet
Northerly of the Southwest corner of said Lot 7; Point "B" is the intersection of the.
center line of closed "B" Avenue with the Northerly line of 30th Street, Block 2 of said
Map No. 1067); thence Easterly along said line "AB" to a point of tangency with a 10
foot radius curve, concave Northwesterly, said curve being also tangent to a line
parallel with and 30 feet Westerly of said center line of closed "A" Avenue; thence
Easterly and Northerly along said curve and said parallel line to the Easterly prolong-
ation of the Northerly line of Lot 15, Block 1; thence Easterly along said Easterly
prolongation a distance of 30 feet, more or less, to said center line of closed "A"
Avenue; thence Southerly along said center line 125 feet, more or less, to the TRUE

Those portions of Lots 12 through 20 inclusive, Block 1, Budd Villa Tract, according
to the Map thereof No. 1067, filed in the office of the Recorder of said San Diego
County, June 19, 1907, together with those portions of the Westerly 10 feet of the
Westerly 40 feet of "A" Avenue, vacated and closed to public use by Resolution
No. 574 of the Board of Trustees of said City of National City, December 2, 1919,
and of the Easterly half of the Alley in said Block 1, vacated and closed to public
use by said Resolution No. 574, and of the Southerly 40 feet of Twenty-ninth Street,
vacated and closed to public use by Judgment and Decree in Condemnation, Case No.
279, District Court of the United States of America, Southern District of California,
Southern Division, a certified copy of said decree having been recorded December 2,
1944, as Document No. 90171, in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego
County, and also by Resolution No. .R467 of the City Council of said City of
National City, lying between the Northerly prolongation of the center line of said
Alley in Block 1 and the Easterly line of the Westerly 10 feet of said "A" Avenue,
vacated and closed to public use, being also the Westerly line of "A" Avenue as
dedicated by Resolution No. 9477 of the City Council of said City of National
City, and more particularly described as a whole as follows:.
Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly line of 10 Acre Lot 6, Quarter
Section 152, Rancho de la Nacion, as shown on said Map No. 1067, with the Westerly
line of the Easterly 30 feet of the West Half of the West Half of'said 10 Acre
Lot 6, being also the Westerly line of "A" Avenue as dedicated by said Resolution
No. 9477 ; thence Southerly along said Westerly line of "A" Avenue as so dedicated
to the beginning of a 20 foot radius circular arc concave Northwesterly which is
tangent to the Westerly line of the Easterly 30 feet of said West Half of the West
Half of said IO Acre Lot 6 on the East and tangent to the Northerly line of
Thirtieth Street,as dedicated by Resolution No. 9476 of the City Council of said
City of National City, on the South; thence Southerly and Westerly along said
20 foot radius arc, being also along the Westerly line of "A" Avenue as dedicated
by said Resolution No. 9477 , to its point of tangency with the Northerly line
of said Thirtieth Street; thence Southwesterly along said Northerly line of said
Thirtieth Street to the Westerly line of the Easterly 20 feet of said Lots 12
through 20 as shown on said Nap No. 1067, being also the Easterly line of those
parcels of land conveyed to said City of National City by Deed recorded May 23,
1967 as File No. 72574, Series 8, Book 1967, and by Deed recorded May 29, 1967,
as File No. 75797, Series 8, Book 1967, both of Official Records of said San Diego
County; thence Northerly along said Westerly line of the Easterly 20 feet to the
Southerly line of Lot 16 in said Block 1; thence Westerly along said Southerly
line of Lot 16 and its Westerly prolongation to the center line of the Alley in
said Block 1; thence Northerly along said center line of the Alley and its
Northerly prolongation to the Northerly line of said 10 Acre Lot 6, Quarter
Section 152; thence Easterly along said Northerly line to the point of beginning.
