HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 9510RESOLUTION NO. 9510 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ORDER TO VACATE AND CLOSE ALLEY BETWEEN "K" AND "L" AVENUE FROM THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF 20TH STREET TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF 21ST STREET WHEREAS, on July 11, 1967, a hearing was had pur- suant to Resolution No. 9390 to determine whether the fol- lowing street within the City of National City should be vacated to wit: The alley in Block 1 of Wilbur Addition according to map thereof No. 251 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on September 2, 1887. WHEREAS, the City Council at said hearing found, from all evidence submitted, that said street is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved as follows: 1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are respect- ively authorized and directed to execute and attest an order of vacation of the above described street. 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of subject order to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, pur- suant to Section 8324, California Streets and Highways Code. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of Dec., 1967.
