HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 9398RESOLUTION NO. 9398 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR BEGINNING THE CONSTRUCTION OF 30TH STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN JOINT VENTURE WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO AND APPROVING LOW BIDDER. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the City Clerk is authorized and directed to pay to the County of San Diego the sum of $16,943.73 as one-half the bid price for the improvement of 30th Street in a joint venture with the County of San Diego. The C. W. McGrath Construction Company is approved as the lowest responsible bidder. PASSED AND ADOPTED this /3 t4 day of June, 1967. ATTEST: CITY CLERK
