A RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF
INTENTION TO VACATE AND CLOSE PORTION OF TWENTY-
SECOND STREET
The City Council of the City of National City
does resolve as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of National City,
California, hereby declares its intention to vacate and close,
pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 of the
Streets and Highways Code of California, those portions of
Twenty-second Street between "D" Avenue and "F" Avenue des-
cribed as follows:
All of that portion of Twenty-second Street, in the
City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California
to be closed in the West Half of Ten Acre Lots 10 and 11 in
Quarter Section No. 153 of the Rancho de la Nacion, according
to the Map thereof No. 166 by Morrill, filed in the office of
the County Recorder of said San Diego County, May 11, 1869,
lying Easterly of a line 40 feet Easterly of the Westerly
line of said Lots 10 and 11 measured at right angles to said
Westerly line, and lying Westerly of a line 30 feet Westerly
of the Easterly line of said West Half of Lots 10 and 11,
measured at right angles to said Easterly line.
2. Time for hearing any and all persons interested
in or objecting to the proposed vacation is hereby set for 8:00
p.m., March 7, 1967, in the City Council Chambers in the City
Hall in the City of National City, California.
3. The City Engineer of the City of National City,
California is hereby directed to post notice of the passage of
this Resolution and the time and place of hearing in accord-
ance with law.
