RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION ADOPTING WAGE SCALE
(Coolidge Avenue from 13th to 18th Streets,
17th Street from Hoover to Railroad Track,
Assessment District No. 151)
The City Council of the City of National City does
hereby resolve as follows:
The City Council does hereby determine and establish
that the general prevailing rate of per diem wage for each type
of craft or workman needed to execute or perform the necessary
work and improvement on COOLIDGE AVENUE FROM 13TH TO 18TH STREETS
17TH STREET FROM HOOVER TO RAILROAD TRACK, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 151 is in accordance with the schedule appended hereto and
described as "Schedule of Per Diem Wage Rate" and said schedule
shall be embodied in the notice inviting sealed bids and all
contract documents in connection with said work and improve-
ments.

SUPPLEMENTAL GENERAL PROVISIONS
Schedule of occupational classifications and minimum hourly wage rates as
provided for under the provisions of the California Labor Code, the City Council
of the City of National City has determined the prevailing rate of per diem wages
for the locality to be as follows: (Rates are for an eight (8) hour day unless
otherwise specified.)

Overtime shall be one and one-half (1k) times the above rate, Sundays and
Holidays shall be one and one-half (1ai) times the above rate. The standard
day shall be considered as eight (8) hours and overtime shall be paid for any
time in excess of this amount.
