SCALE ("C" Avenue, 20th Street, 2lst Street, Alley, Assessment District No. 147) The City Council of the City of National City does hereby resolve as follows: The City Council does hereby determine and estab- lish that the general prevailing rate of per diem wage for each type of craft or workman needed to execute or perform the necessary work and improvement on "C" AVENUE, 20TH STREET, 21ST STREET, ALLEY, ASSESSMENT DIS1_RICT NO. 147 is in accord- ance with the schedule appended hereto and described as"Sched- ule of Per Diera Wage Rate" and said schedule shall be em- bodied in the notice inviting sealed bids and all contract documents in connection with said work and improvements. ATTEST: PASSED AND ADOYIED this 1st CITY CLERK if day of November, 1966. .WAGE SCALE Schedule of occupational classifications and minimum hourly wage rates as provided for under the provisions of the California Labor Code, the City Council of the City of National City has determined the prevailing rate of per diem wages for the locality to be as follows: (Rates are for an eight (8) hour day unless otherwise specified.) CLASSIFICATION RATE PER DIEM LABORERS General or Construction Operators & Tenders of Pneumatic and Electric Tools, Vibrating Machines, & similar Mechanical Tools not separately classified herein Asphalt Raker, Ironer, Spreader Fine Grader on Highways, Streets & Airport Paving (sewer and drainage lines when employed) OPERATING ENGINEERS Asphalt or Concrete Spreading Mechanical tamping or finishing Machine Operator Roller (all types and sizes) Pavement Breaker Operator Skiploader Wheel Type over 3/4 yard, up to and including 1A yards Tractor Operator-Dragtype Shovel, Bulldozer, Tamper, Scraper and Push Tractor TRUCK DRIVERS Level Capacity: Less than 8 yards Water Truck Drivers: Under 2500 Gallons 2500 to 4000 Gallons 4000 Gallons and over OTHER TRADES $31.24 32.92 32.92 32.04 41.28 41.28 41.28 41.28 35.12 35.36 36.32 37.28 Carpenter 39.52 Millwright 41.52 Cement Mason 37.84 Plumber 44.00 ANY CLASSIFICATION OMITTED HEREIN NOT LESS THAN 31.24 Overtime shall be one and one-half (1') times the above rate, Sundays and Holidays shall be one and one-half (1k) times the above rate. The standard day shall be considered as eight (8) hours and overtime shall be paid for any time in excess of this amount. Revised November 4, 1966
