HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 9251RESOLUTION NO. c25T DEDICATION OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY TIOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES (FIFTEENTH STREET, PALMER WAY AND LANOITAN AVENUE) WHEREAS, the City of National City is the owner of all that certain property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly hereinafter described, and WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, that the following described property be and hereby is dedicated for public street purposes: All that real property in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows: The Northerly 30 feet of the Southerly 360 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Quarter Section 106 of the Rancho de la Nacion according to the map thereof No. 166, by Morrill, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, May 11, 1869; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 828 feet thereof; AND ALSO EXCEi'IING THEREFROM any portion thereof lying Westerly of the Easterly boundary of Rancho Terrace No. 1 as said boundary is shown on Map No. 2662, filed in said County Recorder's office, May 23, 1950. 8E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said street shall hence- forth be known as "Fifteenth Street", and All that real property in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows: The Westerly 30 feet of the Easterly 828 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Quarter Section 106 of the Rancho do la Nacion according to the map thereof No. 166 by Morrill, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, May 11, 1869; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 330 feet thereof; AND ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 483.15 feet thereof. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said street shall henceforth be known as "Palmer Way", and All that real property in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows: The Southerly 106.69 feet of the Northerly 406.66 feet of the Westerly 30 feet of the Easterly Half of the Southwesterly Quarter of Quarter Section 106 of the Rancho de la Nacion according to the map thereof No. 166 by Morrill filed in the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, May 11, 1869. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said street shall hence- forth be known as "Lanoitan Avenue". PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22t;d day of November, 1966. ATTEST:
