RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Wallin and Valdivia)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instruments conveying an interest in or
easement upon real estate to City of National City:

Grant Deed from Mamie F. Wallin, dated October
17, 1966.
Partial Reconveyance from Angel Valdivia and
Esperanza de Valdivia, dated April 22, 1956.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 1966.

In accordance with said request and the provisions of said Deed of Trust, LAND TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, as Trustee, does hereby RECONVEY, with-
out warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all estate now held by it thereunder in and to that property situate in said County,
described as follows:
AS PER LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
The remaining property described in said Deed of Trust shall continue to be held by said Trustee under the terms thereof, and as pro.ridea in said Deed of
Trust. This Partial Reconveyance is made without affecting the personal liability of any person for payment of the indebtedness se2b'Fd.,liy'said Deed of
Trust or the effect of said Deed of Trust upon the remainder of the property covered thereby.

City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, accord-
ing to the Map thereof by Morrill No. 166 on file in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the South Half of said Quarter
Section 107 and running South 19°00' East 112.00 feet along the West line
of said Quarter Section 107; thence South 19°00' East along said West
line 271.00 feet; thence South 79°06' East along the Northeasterly line
of land conveyed by San Diego Lands Inc., to Le Roy Richards, by Deed
recorded in book 992, page 321 of Deeds, a distance of 200.61 feet;
thence North 71°00' East 488.75 feet, more or less, to the East line of
the West Quarter of South Half of Quarter Section 107, which is also the
center line of Lanoitan Avenue, in the City of National City, being the
Southeast corner of land described in Deed from Donald Jay Bates, et ux,
