RESOLUTION ORDERING NOTICE OF SEALED BIDS
AND SETTING BID OPENING DATE
("Q" Avenue North of loth Street,
Assessment District No. 149)
WHEREAS, on the I)1' day of May, 1966, the City
Council of the City of National City passed its Resolution of
Intention No. 9127 to order certain work to be done and im-
provements to be made on °TQ". AVENUE NORTH OF 16TH STREET,
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT I+O. 149 pursuant to the provisions of the
"Improvement Act of 1911," and
WHEREAS, a hearing on said Resolution of Intention
is scheduled for June 14, 1966;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Nat onai City does hereby resolve as follows:
That provided the said work and making of said im-
provements is ordered to be done by the City Council after
said hearing on June 14, 1966, the time hereby fixed for re-
ceiving sealed proposals or bids for the doing of said work
and making of said improvements is the 13th day of June, 1966,
at the hour of 3:00 p.m. and the City Clerk is hereby ordered
to give notice inviting such sealed bids in the time, form and
manner provided by law. All proposals or bids shall be delivered
to the City Clerk and shall be opened, and examined and declared
by said City Clerk at a public meeting in the City Clerk's office
in the City Hall of National City, California, at the time and
date aforesaid; and said City Clerk shall report the results of
the bidding to the City Council at the next regular meeting
after the opening of the bids.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 1966.
