DEDICATION OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES
(Portion of Coolidge Avenue, 28th to 30th Street)
WHEREAS the City of National City is the owner of all
that certain property situated in the City of National City,
County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly here-
inafter described:
WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that said
property be dedicated for public street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of National City, that the following property be and
hereby is dedicated for public street purposes:
ALL THAT REAL PROPERTY situated in the City of National
City, County of San Diego, State of California, bounded and de-
scribed as follows:
All those portions of Lots 16 and 17 of Bahia Vista,
according to Map No. 1815 on file in the office of the Recorder
of San Diego County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 1 of
said Bahia Vista, Map No. 1815; thence South 71° 27' West along
the Northerly line of said Bahia Vista a distance of 650.60 feet
to the "True Point of Beginning"; thence continuing along said
Northerly line 60 feet; thence South 18° 35' East a distance of
280.19 feet to the Northwesterly corner of the Southerly 20 feet
of that portion of Coolidge Avenue vacated and closed to Public
use by City of National City, Resolution No. 8655; thence North
71° 25' East a distance of 60 feet; thence North 18° 35' West a
distance of 280.16 feet to the "True Point of Beginning";
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said street shall hence-
forth be known as Coolidge Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 21 St day of June, 1966.
