HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 9183RESOLUTION NO. 9183 DEDICATION OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES (Portion of "Q" Avenue) WHEREAS the City of National City is the owner of all that certain property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly hereinafter described: WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, that the following property be and hereby is dedicated for public street purposes: ALL THAT REAL PROPERTY situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, boun- ded and described as follows: That portion of the Northerly 30.00 feet of the West Half of the South Half of the West Half of the Southwesterly Quarter of Quarter Section 129 of Rancho de la Nacion, in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 166, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, May 11, 1869, lying within the following described boundary: Commencing at the intersection of the Northerly line of the West Haif of the South Half of the West Half of the Southwesterly Quarter of Quarter Section 129 with the Westerly line of the Easterly 30.00 feet of said West Half of the South Half of the West Haif of the Southwesterly Quarter of Quarter Section 129; thence along the said Westerly line South 18°44'00" East, 9.80 feet to a point on the arc of a 50.00 foot radius curve, the center of which bears South 55°36'12" East from said point and being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence Southwesterly, Southerly and Southeasterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 97°32'43" a distance of 85.12 feet to the beginning of a reverse 20.00 foot radius curve; thence South easterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 44°24'55" a distance of 15.50 feet to the point of tangency in the Westerly line of said Easterly 30.00 feet; thence along said Westerly line North 18°44'00" West to the TRUE POINT OF BEGIN- NING. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said street shall hence- forth be known as "Q" Avenue. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6 - y of August, MAY 1966.
