RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR 10 EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California that the Mayor is hereby authorized.
and directed to execute, and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to attest, that certain Agreement between the City
of National City and ROBERT DEARIE for the disassembling of
certain buildings in the Olivewood Housing Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 1966.

AGREEMENT
For and in consideration of the sum of $5.00 paid to the City of National
City, a municipal corporation, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, CITY
OF NATIONAL CITY hereby sells to ROBERT DEARIE, hereinafter referred to as
$UYER, as personal property certain parts of (5duplex buildings 1
of "A"A" du P g ocatsd East
Avenue and West of "D" Avenue, between 22nd and 24th Streets in the Olive -
wood dousing Project. This sale is wade upon the following express terms and
conditions BUYER agrees faithfully to perform:
1. BUYER agrees to disassemble all of said buildings and to leave on site
only certain parts of the buildings commonly oawnly known as; rafters, ceiling
bosses floor jokes, stringers and interior wall

4. Any and all materials not designated to be left on site which BUYER

5. That the buildings hereby sold are known as Units 114-116 - 22nd Lan*,
118-120 - 22nd Lane, 241-243 - 23rd Lane, 310-312 - 23rd Lane and
313-315 - 22nd Lane, National City, California.
