RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
TO WINNER OF MUNICIPAL YOUTH RECOGNITION AWARD

WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of National City
has successfully launched. a program to recognize and acknowl-
edge the outstanding achievements of the young people in our
community, and.
WHEREAS, this beneficial program has received the
wide acclaim and support of various public spirited. citizens
and. organizations throughout the City because it stresses ac-
complishments rather than gives added emphasis to the prob-
lems and grievances of our youth, and.
WHEREAS, LYNN BUSH has been chosen the winner of the
MUNICIPAL YOUTH RECOGNITION AWARD for the month of October for
exemplary and. meritorious accomplishments worthy of this par-
ticular honor and distinction;
NOW, THERErUR :, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of National City hereby commends and. congratulates
LYNN BUSH as the deserving recipient of this coveted, award,
hoping others are inspired to meet the challenge it represents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 1965.
