HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 8830RESOLUTION N3. 8830 RESOLUTION GRANTING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1077 The City Council of the City of National City does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows: 1. At a regular meeting of the City Planning Com- mission on December 1, 1964, after a public hearing duly held. and noticed, said Commission unanimously adopted a recommenda- tion that the owners of the real property more fully described. in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated. by reference, be granted a Residential Planned. Development Permit upon the con- ditions hereinafter stated: 2. That the City Council has received the recommen- dation of the Planning Commission, and. after full andcomplete consideration of said recommendation hereby grants a Residential Planned Development Permit upon the following teims and. condi- tions: a. Applicant be given 180 days from date of permit to begin construction; 180 days to complete construction and. 90 days following completion of construction the old, exis- ting structure must be completely demolished., and/or removed from the property entirely. b. Grading plans as approved be kept on file in the Engineering Department to insure that the job is done ac- cording to the plan. c. Drainage requirement of the City Engineer to be outlined from grading plan. d. Curbs and sidewalks to be installed. and to be shown on grading plan. e. If it is determined it is necessary to extend the sewer main from 8th Street, the proponents contact the City Manager for financing arrangements. f. Requirements as to the adequate access for fire equipment approved by Fire Department. g. One hour corridor as required by the Fire Department (walls, ceilings, doors, etc.) h. Alarm system, fire extinguishers, stand. pipes and. hose cabinets, etc. as required by the Fire Depart- ment. Building is located in Fire Zone No. 3. i. Structural drawings to meet all code require- ments for 1961 Uniform Building Code, and/or Fire Code, local and State and all other requirements. j. Completion bond be required covering both the completion of the new structure and the removal of the old. structure. k. Occupancy of the existing structure to be restricted. to eight persons. 1. In the event that the City Council should at any time find and determine that the above conditions as set forth have not been satisfied, it may declare this Permit void. and of no further effect. CITY CLERK J 7 EXHIBIT "A" All that property located. in the City of National City, State of California more particularly describedas follows: The South Half of the North Half of the W.st Half of the East Half of the East Half of 30 Acre Lot 2 in Quarter Section 130 of Rancho de la Nacion in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map No. 166, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County. Excepting the East 75 feet and the North 30 feet and the West 30 feet according to Map No. 166. (2216 East 5th Street).
