HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 8887RESOLUTION NO. 8887 RESOLUTION GRANTING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1077 (Hardcastle) The City Council of the City of National City does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows: 1. At a regular meeting of the City Planning Com- mission on March 24, 1965, said Commission unanimously adopted a recommendation that the owners of the real property more fully described in Exhibit A attached and incorporated by ref- erence, be granted a Residential Planned Development Permit, upon the conditions hereinafter stated; 2. That the City Council has received the recommen- dation of the Planning Commission, and after full and complete consideration of said recommendation hereby grants a Residential Planned Development Permit upon the following terms and condi- tions: a. That the size and location of signs if and when needed, be approved by the City Council upon recommendation of Planning Commission. b. That the curbs, gutter and sidewalk be in- stalled on V Avenue in front of the proposed fourteen unit structure, or the southerly 150 feet of the subject property, with driveways as approved by the City Engineer prior to final inspection. A five foot sidewalk to be located adjacent to the property line and contiguous to the curb, leaving a twenty-five foot travelway on the existing dedication of V Avenue. c. That the grading plan on file in the City Engineer's office and the landscaping plan on file in the Planning Department be accepted as part of this development. d. That the parking requirements and location conform with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. e. That street trees as recommended by the City Forester be planted prior to final inspection. f. That the Residential Planned Development Permits granted applicant by Resolutions number 8830 and 8855 be null and void and none of the rights or privileges granted applicant by said permits be exercised without further appli- cation for and granting of a new Planned Development Permit. g. That the existing home known as 2216 East Fifth Street be discontinued as a convalescent home, and no further permits or licenses be issued, after July 31, 1965. h. In the event that the City Council should at any time find and determine that the above conditions as set forth have not been satisfied, it may declare this Permit void and of no further effect. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1965. ATTEST: CITY CLERK EXHIBIT "A" All that property located in the City of National City, State of California more particularly described as follows: The South Half of the North Half of the West Half of the East Half of the East Half of 80 Acre Lot 2 in Quarter Section 130 of Rancho de la Nacion in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map No. 166, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County. Excepting the East 75 feet and the North 30 feet and the West 30 feet according to Map No. 166. (2216 East 5th Street).
