Fox) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute, attest and record that certain Corpora- tion Grant Deed whereby the City of National City grants to Charles M. and Ruth F. Davis and Joseph N. and Mary D. Fox, the property more fully described in said deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and is hereby incorporated by refer- ence. DAVIS, JR. and RUTH F. wife, as joint tenants, as to an undivided JOSEPH N. FOX and MARY D. FOX, husband and as to an undivided 1/2 interest, DAVIS, husband and 1/2 interest, and wife, as joint tenants, the following described real property in the City of National City county of San Diego , state of California: Those portions of Block 46, the alley in Block 46 and 19th Street (closed) adjacent to Block 46, all as shown on "Map of National City" according to Map thereof No. 348 on file in the Recorder's office of San Diego County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of Lot 19 of said Block 46, distant thereon 35 feet Easterly of the Northwest corner thereof; thence Southerly along a line parallel with the Westerly line of said Lot 19 to the Southerly line of said Lot 19; thence Southerly along the arc of a tangent 55 foot radius curve concave Westerly to a point of tangency with Tine which bears Southwesterly to the Northwest corner of Block 45 of said Map No. 348; thence Southwesterly along said tangent line to its intersection with the center line of said 19th Street (closed); thence Easterly along said center line of 19th Street to the Westerly line of Roosevelt Avenue (formerly 1st Avenue) as shot-n on said Map No. 348; thence Northerly along said Westerly line to the Northerly line of said Lot 19; thence Westerly along said Northerly line of Lot 19 to the "Point of Beginning". EXHIBIT "A" This conveyance is made and accepted by the parties hereto upon the express condition that grantee herein will com- mence construction on the property hereinabove described of a commercial or industrial structure, plans and specifications for which shall have been approved by duly authorized officers andrepresentatives of the City of National City, such construc- tion to be commenced no later than 180 days from and after May 21, 1965; and upon the further express condition that said commercial or industrial structure shall be fully completed ac- cording to said plans and specifications no later than 18 months from and after May 21, 1965. In the event grantee fails to comply with and ful- fill either of the two conditions hereinabove expressed within the time limits above specified, title to said property shall immediately revert to and revest in grantor herein, the City of National City.
