RESOLUTION REQUESTING COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO TO ENFORCE
ORDINANCE NOS. 943, 1067, 1083 AND 1098 OF THE CITY
OF NATIONAL CITY UNDER THE HEALTH AGRFEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY AND THE COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City of National City and the County
of San Diego have entered into a contract by which the County
of San Diego furnishes certain services to the City of
National City for the enforcement of the health and sanitation
ordinances of the City of National City, and
WHEREAS, said agreement requires the City Council
of the City of National City to request by resolution the en-
forcement of any modifications or additions to the ordinances
enumerated by said contract; and
WHEREAS, the City of National City has adopted Or-
dinance Nos. 943, 1067, 1083 and 1098 relating to the Prepara-
tion and Distribution of Food;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of National City as follows:
1. That the County of San Diego be and it is hereby
requested to furnish the inspection and enforcement of Ordin-
ance Nos. 943, 1067, 1083 and 1098.
2. That the City Clerk of the City of National City
be and she is hereby authorized and directed to furnish certi-
fied copies of this resolution, together with copies of said
Ordinance Nos. 943, 1067, 1083 and 1098, to the County, in
accordance with the provisions of the above -mentioned contract.
