The City Council of the City of National City does resolve as follows; 1. The City Council of the City of National City, California, hereby declares its intention to vacate and close, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of California, those portions of Nineteenth Street descrived as: That portion of Nineteenth Street lying between the prolongation of the Easterly line of Taft Avenue (formerly Sixth Avenue) and the Northerly prolonga- tion of the Westerly line of the alley in Block 173, accordingto the Map of National City, No. 348, filed in the office of the Recorder of San Diego County, October 2, 1882. 2. Time for hearing any and all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation is hereby set for 8:00 p.m., July 21, 1964, in the City Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of National City, California. 3. Particulars as to the proposed vacation are set forth in that certain map on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of National City entitled "Drawing Number S.C. 14 P.C. of the City of National City Planning Department." 4. The City Engineer of the City of National City, California, is hereby directed to post notice of the passage of this Resolution and the time and place of hearing in accor- dance with law.
