RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF CORPORATION GRANT DEED
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California as follows:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute, attest and record that certain Corpora-
tion Grant Deed whereby the City of National City grants to
MARELL WALTON and MARGARET WALTON, the property more fully
described in said deed, a copy of which is attached hereto
and is hereby incorporated by reference.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August, 1964.

County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1815,
filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, December 19,
1924, described as a whole as follows:
Beginning at the, Northeasterly corner of Lot 150 in said Bahia Vista;
thence South 18° 35' East along the Westerly line of National Avenue as
shown on said Map a distance of 289.78 feet to the Southerly line of Thirtieth
Street and its Easterly prolongation as dedicated by Resolution No. 8110 of
the City of National City; thence at right angles South 71° 25' West along
said Southerly line of Thirtieth Street and its Easterly prolongation 290.00
feet to the Northwesterly corner of that parcel of land conveyed to James P.
Peltier and Donald K. McCredie by deed recorded as Page No. 84228 Series 5,
Book 1964 of Official Records of said San Diego County, being the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 71° 25' West along said Southerly line
of Thirtieth Street 410.54 feet to the Easterly line of that parcel of land
conveyed to Lamdon Limited, Investments, a partnership, by deed recorded as
Page No. 95234, Series 5, Book 1964 of Official Records of said San Diego
County; thence at right angles South 18° 35' East along said Easterly line
392.82 feet to the Southerly boundary of that parcel of land conveyed to the
City of National City by deed dated September 24, 1954 and recorded in Book
5410, Page 330 of Official Records of said San Diego County; thence along
said Southerly boundary North 85° 01' East 308.98 feet to an angle point
therein; thence North 6° 30' East 260.00 feet to an angle point therein,
being also the Southwesterlycorner of the aforementioned Peltier and McCredie
parcel; thence along the Westerly line of said Peltier and McCredie parcel
North 18° 35' West 230.00 feet to the TT' "70INT OF BEGINNING.
