RF OLUTION AUTFDRIZING EXECUTION
OF CORPORATION GRANT DEED
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California as follows:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute, attest and record that certain Corpora-
tion Grant Deed whereby the PENTAOE STAL TABERNACLE grants to
the City of National City, the property more fully described
in said deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and is here-
by incorporated by reference.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of September, 1964.

A perpetual EASEMENT for Storm Drain purposes over and across the
following parcel of land.
A parcel of land 20.00 feet in width lying 10.00 feet on each side of
the following described center line:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of 40 acre Lot 1 Quarter Section 132 Rancho de la Nacion
according to the Map thereof No. 166 filed in the office of the County
Recorder; thence Southerly at right angles to the Northerly line of said
Quarter Section 40.00 feet; thence at right angles Westerly along line
parallel with said Northerly line 15.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence Southerly parallel with the Easterly line of said Northwest Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter, 124.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent 90.00
foot radius curve concave Northwesterly; thence along the arc of said curve
through a central angle of 68° a distance of 107.36 feet; thence Southwesterly
tangent to said curve 110.77 feet to the beginning of a 90.00 foot radius
curve concave Southeasterly; thence along the arc of said curve through a
central angle of 16° 01' a distance of 25.16 feet; thence Southwesterly
tangent to said curve 49.60 feet to a point on the Southerly line of said

from the Southwesterly corner thereof.
