A RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF INTENTION 10 VACATE
AND CLOSE DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
The City Council of the City of National City does
resolve as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of National City,
California, hereby declares its intention to vacate and close,
pursuant to the provisions of the Government Code of the State
of California, the following described easements:
All easements in Lots 11, 12, 22 and 23 as shown on
Bahia Vista, Map No. 1815, Sheet No. 2, on file in the Office
of the Recorder of San Diego County, California.
2. Time for hearing any and all persons interested
in or objecting to the proposed vacation is hereby set for 8:00
P.M., October 6, 1964 in the City Council Chambers in the City
Hall in the City of National City, California.
3. Particulars as to the proposed vacation are set
forth in that certain map on file in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of National City entitled "Plat of portion
Bahia Vista Industrial Tract showing easements to vacate and
easements for sewer and storm drain in Bahia Vista, Map 1815"
Drawing Number 458-P, Document No. 34926 of the City of National
City Planning Department.
4. The City Engineer of the City of National City,
California, is hereby directed to post notice of the passage of
this Resolution and the time and place of hearing in accordance
with law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1964.
