RESOLUTION DEDICATING STREET (COOLIDGE AVENUE)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City that the following described property be and
hereby is dedicated for street purposes and the name Coolidge
Avenue be and hereby is given to all of said real property:
All that portion of Blocks 103 and 104; those por-
tions of Coolidge Avenue, formerly Third Avenue, adjoining
Blocks 103 and 104 and Tv,enty-fifth Street and Twenty -Sixth
Street adjoining Blocks 103 and 104, all vacated and closed
to public use, in the City of National City, County of San
Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 348,
filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
October 2, 1882, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of Twenty-fourth
Street and Coolidge Avenue, formerly Third Avenue, thence
Southerly along the center line of said Coolidge Avenue 40
feet; thence Westerly along a line parallel with the center
line of said Twenty-fourth Street 30 feet to the True Point
of Beginning; thence Southwesterly in a straight line to a
point on the Northerly line of Lot 17, said Block 103, said
point being 60 feet Westerly of the said center line of Cool-
idge Avenue, thence Southerly along a line parallel with the
said centerline of Coolidge Avenue to the Northerly line of
Lot 15, said Block 103; thence Southerly in a straight line
to a point on the center line of Twenty-sixth Street, said
point being 50 feet Westerly from the intersection of Twenty-
sixth Street, said Coolidge Avenue, said point being also in
the Westerly line of Coolidge Avenue as Coolidge Avenue was
dedicated by Resolution No. 7787 dated August 2, 1960; thence
Northerly along the said Westerly line of Coolidge Avenue as
dedicated by said Resolution No. 7787 to the True Point of
Beginning.
