FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST
HAS NOT BEEN MADE (RIDGEWAY DRIVE ANNEXATION)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City as follows:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 35007 and
35313.2 of the Government Code of California, the City
Council of the City of National City hereby finds and de-
clares that a majority protest is not and has not been
made to the proposed annexation to the City of National
City of all that certain territory referred to as RIDGEWAY
DRIVE ANNEXATION and which is more particularly described
in Resolution No. 8530 adopted by this City Council on the
17th day of December, 1963, which said description is made
a part hereof by reference as though set forth at length.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of February,
1964.
