RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL FUND
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councilof the City of
National City, California, as follows:
1. That the City Manager, City Treasurer, City Clerk,
and all other appropriate officers and officials of the City are
hereby authorized and directed to set up a Special Fund, and to
set up the appropriate accounting records for such fund, subject
Special Fund to be known as the "SB 344 Gas Tax Fund".
2. That all monies and funds received from the State
of California pursuant to the provisions of Senate Bill 344 (1963),
familiarly known as the Collier -Unruh Local Transportation De-
velopment Act, shall be deposited and credited to said fund.
