RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
TO WINNER OF MUNICIPAL YOUTH RECOGNITION AWARD
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of National City
has successfully launched a program to recognize and acknowl-
edge the outstanding achievements of the young people.. in our
community, and
WHEREAS, this beneficial program has received the
wide acclaim and support of various public spirited citizens
and organizations throughout the City because it stresses ac-
complishments rather than gives added emphasis to the prob-
lems and grievances of our youth, and
WHEREAS, JIM FINNERTY has been
MUNICIPAL YOUTH RECOGNITION. AWARD of
the
chosen the winner of
the month for exem-
plary and meritorious accomplishments worthy of this particular
honor and distinction;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council
ofthe.City of National City hereby commends and congratulates
JIM FINNERTY as the deserving recipient of this coveted award,
hoping others are inspired to meet the challenge it. represents.
