RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
(First Street Storm Drainage Construction,
Specification No. 689)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the bid of the
M, L. CHILCOTE in the amount of $51,383.60 is the lowest bid
submitted on May 18, 1964, for the construction of a storm
drain on First Street, Specification No. 689.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said bid is accepted
and that all other bids are rejected and the Mayor is auth-
orized and directed to execute the contract for said con-
struction of storm drain.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May, 1964.
