RESOLUTION AMENDING PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS ON ASSESSMENT
(Highland Avenue - Division Street to Fourth Street and Eight-
eenth Street to Thirtieth Street)
WHEREAS, it has been determined by Harold C. Foster,
acting as Superintendent of Streets, City of National City,
California, that certain clerical, typographical or other er-
rorshave been made in the property descriptions contained in
the assessment heretofor filed in the office of the City Clerk
of National City for that certain street improvement work done
under and pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911 and Resolu-
tion of Intention No. 8269 of this City Council, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire and intention of this
Council to authorize and hereby amend said assessment hereto -
for filed in the office of the City Clerk in order that it
should accurately contain the proper property descriptions;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City
Council of the City of National City that the following property
descriptions of the following Assessment Numbers, as contained
on said assessment heretofor filed, are hereby amended to read
as follows:
