HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 8371RESOLUTION NO. 8371 RESOLUTION OF GOVERNING BODY OF APPLICANT WHEREAS, the City of National City, (herein called the °Applicant") has entered into a Grant Agreement with the Housing and Home Finance Agency (herein called the "Government") to aid in financing the construction of 7th Street Drainage, Project No. APW-Calif-60G, and WHEREAS, said Grant Agreement requires the Applicant, as a condition precedent to the disbursement of .any grant funds by the Government, to present satisfactory evidence that its capital improvement plan, budget or other schedule has been formally amended, or is in the process of being amended, to increase its planned net expenditures for capital improvements by an amount approximately equal to the non -Federal funds re- quired to complete the Project, and WHEREAS, the status of the Project is such that it is deemed necessary to request a disbursement of grant funds by the Government; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, that there has been no decrease in the total amount of planned capital, expendi- tures for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1963, in accordance with Resolution No. 8218, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference, and such total amount of planned capital expenditures is hereby increased for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1963, by the sum of $11,100.00. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the aforementioned governing body of the Applicant on the 7th day of ATTEST: CITY CLERK May , 1963.
