HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 8270RESOLUTION NO. 8270 RESOLUTION ADOPTING WAGE SCALE ('HIGHLAND AVENUE - DIVISION STREET TO FOURTH STREET AND EIGHTEENTH STREET.TO THIRTIETH STREET) The City Council of the City of National City does hereby resolve as follows: The City Council does hereby determine and establish that the general prevailing rate of per diem wage for each type of craft or workman needed to execute or perform the necessary work and improvement on Highland Avenue - Division Street to Fourth Street and Eighteenth Street to Thirtieth Street is in accordance with the schedule appended hereto and described as "Schedule of Per Diem Wage Rate" and said schedule shall be embodied in the notice inviting sealed bids and all contract documents in connection with said work and improvements. ATTEST: PASSED AND ADOPTED this ' day of CITY CLERK "SCHEDULE OR PFR DIEM WAGE RATE" Revised January 5, 1962 Under the provisions of the California Labor Code, the City Council of the City of National City has determined the prevailing rate of per -diem wages for the locality to be as follows: (Rates are for an eight (8) hour day unless otherwise specified.) CLASSIFICATION RATE PER DIEM LABORERS: General or Construction Operators and Tenders of Pneumatic and Electric Tools, Vibrating Machines and similar Mechanical Tools, not separately classified herein Asphalt Raker and Ironer Fine Grader (Highway and Street Paving only) Sewer Pipe Layer (excluding caulker) Sewer Pipe Caulker OPERATING ENGINEERS: $26.24 27.92 27.92 27.04 28.72 27.76 Concrete or Asphalt Spreading, Tamping or Finishing Machine Operator 34.48 Concrete Mixer operator .
