HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 8110RESOLUTION NO. 8110 RESOLUTION DEDICATING STREETS (30TH STREET, COOLIDGE AND HARDING AVENUES) Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: All that certain real property more particularly described in Exhipit "A" hereto attached which is hereby made a part of this resolution by reference be and hereby is dedicated for street purposes. That the name 30th Street, Coolidge Avenue and Harding Avenue be and hereby is given to those portions of said above described real property which may be applicable as shown on drawing number S.O. 28 P.C. dated September 22, 1961 of the City of National City Planning Department entitled "PROPOSED STREET DEDICATION BAHIA VISTA INDUSTRIAL CENTER". PORTIONS OF 30TH STREET, COOLIDGE AVENUE AND HARDING AVENUE All those portions of lots 16, 17, 23, 24, 25, 40 thru 57, 62, 63, 80, 81, 14.4, and 157 thru 162 and portions of 29th Street and 1st Avenue of Bahia Vista according to Map No. 1815 on file in the Recorder's Office of San Diego County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the easterly line of said lot 162, distant thereon .88 feet southerly from the Northeasterly corner therof; thence northwesterly along a tangent curve, concave to the southwest and having a radius of 36 feet, thru a central angle of 90 degrees, arc distance of 56.55 feetto a point of tangency with the "Southerly Corporate Boundary Line of National City" as shown on said Map No. 1815; thence S 71° 25' W along saic Boundary Line a distance of 1343.17 feet;. thence N 18° 35' W a distance of 403.06 feet; thence N 71° 25' E a distance of 60 feet; thence S 18° 35' E a distance of 283.06 feet to a point of tangency with a 40 foot radius curve concave to the Northeast; thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve thru a central angle of 90 degrees a distance of 62.83 feet; thence on a tangent N 71° 25' E a distance of 238.63 feet to a point of tangency with a 40 foot radius curve, concave to the northwest; thence northeasterly along the arc of said curve, thru a central angle of 90 degrees,, a distance of 62.83 feet; thence on a tangent N 18° 35' W a distance of 283.06 feet; thence N 71° 25' E a distance of 60 feet; thence S 18° 35' E a distance of 283.06 feet to a point of tangency with a 40" foot radius curve, concave to the northeast; thence southeasterly along the arc of said curve thru a central angle of 90 degrees a distance of 62.83 feet; thence on a tangent N 71° 25' E a distance of 864.54 feet to a point of tangency with a 36 foot radius curve concave to the northwest; thence northeasterly along the arc of said curve thru a central angle of 90 degrees a distance of 56.55 feet to a point of tangency with the westerly line of "National Avenue" as shown on said Map No. 1815; thence S 18° 35' E along said westerly line a distance of 152 feet to the "Point of Beginning."
