RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO
THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY OF UNINHABITED TERRITORY
DESCRIBED HEREIN AND DESIGNATED "CHASE ANNE XATION,
AND GIVING NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF
PROTESTS THERETO
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National
City as follows:
1. That a petition has been filed with this City Council
requesting annexation to the City of National City of all that un-
inhabited territory situated in the County of San Diego, State of
California, which is hereby designated "CHASE ANNEXATION,"
and is more particularly described as follows:

2, That Tuesday, June 26, 1962, at the hour of 8:00 p.m.,
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of National City
California, is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where
any personowning real property within the uninhabited territory
above described and proposed to be annexed to the City of National
City, and having any objections to the proposed annexation, may
appear before the Council of the City of National City and show
cause why such uninhabited territory should not be so annexed to
the City of National City. The protest must be in writing, may be
filed at any time before the hour set for hearing objections to the
prcposed annexation, and shall state the name or names of the
owner or owners of property affected and the description and area
of such property, in general terms.
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
take the steps set forth in Resolution No. 8088 of this City Council
with reference to this proposed annexation.
