That a petition has been filed with this City Council requesting annexation to the City of National City of all that un- inhabited territory situated in the County of San Diego, State of California, which is hereby designated "CHASE ANNEXATION," and is more particularly described as follows: All t Lots 1745 on file it as follows: B ec,1r westerly Corner thence 1, line of Sweetwr of the County 2. of -way of Sweea Lot 188 of Lin( 3. easterly Coyne! The protest must be in writing, may be filed at any time before the hour set for hearing objections to the prcposed annexation, and shall state the name or names of the owner or owners of property affected and the description and area of such property, in general terms. 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to take the steps set forth in Resolution No. 8088 of this City Council with reference to this proposed annexation.
