FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE
(CHASE ANNEXATION)
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City
as follows:
Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 35007 and 35313.2 of the
Government Code of California, the City Council of the City of National
City hereby finds and declares that a majority protest is not and has not
been made to the proposed annexation to the City of National City of all
that certain territory referred to as CHASE ANNEXATION and which is more
particularly described in Resolution No. 8112 adopted by this City Council
on the 1st day of May, 1962, which said description is made a part hereof
by reference as though set forth at length.
