HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 7915RESOLUTION NO. 7915 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF LIEN Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: The City Council hereby finds and determines that all covenants and conditions promised to be performed by the land owners pursuant to Docu- ment No. 28375 entitled Agreement for Installation of Improvement and Covenants Running with the Land made and executed on the 1st day of March, 1960, have been performed and satisfied and that there is no longer any necessity for the City of National City having a lien against the property of said land owners. That THELMA N. HOLLINGSWORTH, as Mayor, and IRENE M. ALSTON, as City Clerk, be and hereby are authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of National City, Release of Lien, a copy of which is hereto attached marked "Exhibit A." Be it further resolved that the City Clerk be and hereby is authorized and directed to record in the Office of the. County Recorder of San Diego the original of said Release of Lien upon its due execution. A'IITES PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1961.
