RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR PLANT MIX
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
National City as follows:
That the bid of DALEY CORPORATION to supply the City
of National City with plant mix at a price of $5.96 per ton is
the lowest and best bid made pursuant to the request for sub-
mission of bids made by the City of National City. Said bid
of DALEY DORPORATION be and hereby is accepted and all other
bids are rejected.
PISSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1961.
