RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National
City, California as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby
ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record
the following instruments conveying an interest in or easement
upon real estate to City of National City:
Grant Deed from Clarence E. Wilcken and Flora L. Wilcken,
and Walter H. Adams and Helen M. Adams, dated February
20, 1961.
Easement from Clarence E. Wilcken and Flora L. Wilcken,
and Walter H. Adams and Helen M. Adams, dated February
20, 1961.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 1961.
