RESOLUTION NO. 7793 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY , CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OF ITS MEMBERS TO FILE A WRITTEN ARGUMENT FOR A CITY MEASURE. WHEREAS, an election is to be held in the City of Naticnal City on November 8, 1960 , at which there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said city the following city measure: CITY OF NATIONAL CITY - WATER REVENUE BOND PROPOSITION: Shall the City of National City issue water revenue bonds in the principal sum of $6,000,000 for the acquisition, construction and financing of a waterworks system, including works and facilities for the production, storage, treatment, transmission and distribution of water and the acquisition of lands, wells, easements, rights of way and other property necessary therefor, and includ- ing all engineering, inspection and legal fees, costs of the issuance of said revenue bonds, bond reserve funds, working capital and other costs and expenses incidental to of connected with such acquisition, con- struction and financing? pity Bonds - Arguments-'Res'n for Arg. by Council - Single Prop. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of National City, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETER- MINE AND ORDER as follows: Section 1. That this City Council, being the legislative body of the City of National City , hereby authorizes THELMA N. HOLLINGSWORTH, MAYOR CLAUDE L. HART, VICE MAYOR CECIL F. ALLEN, COUNCILMAN KILE MORGAN, COUNCILMAN LUTHER G.
