HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 7743RESOLUTION NO. 7743 RESOLUTION ABANDONING EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE CHANNEL The City Council of the City of National City, California hereby finds, determines and orders as follows: That an easement in and to that certain parcel of real property hereinafter described has heretofore been accepted by the City of National City. That said easement is not now necessary for present or prospective municipal purposes. That the easement of City of National City in and to the property herein described be and the same hereby is abandoned. Said property is described as follows: All that land lying between two parallel lines 60 feet apart, being 30 feet on either side of the following described center line: Beginning at a point which is N 18° 44' W of the S.E. corner of 10 Acre Lot 13, 1/4 Section 154, Rancho de la Nacion, according to Map No. 166 by Morrill on file in the County Recorder's office, San Diego, California, a distance of 43.87 feet; thence S 71° 01' W a distance of 40 feet to the true point of beginning; thence S 71° 01' W and parallel to the Southerly line of said 10 Acre Lot 13, a distance of 41.04 feet to a point of curvature to the left; thence along the arc of said curve, thru a central angle of 51° 0' 0", said curve having a radius of 440 feet, a distance of 391.65 feet to a point of tangency; said course leaving 10 Acre Lot 13 and entering 10 Acre Lot 12, 1/4 Section 154; thence S 20° 01' W along said tangent a distance of 165 feet to a point of curvature to the right; thence along the arc of said curve thru a central angle of I5° 0' 0", said curve having a radius of 450 feet, a distance of 117.81 feet more or less, to its intersection with the Southerly line of said 10 Acre Lot 12, said intersection being 58 feet, more or less, from the S.W. corner of the Easterly 1/2 of said 10 Acre Lot 12, 1/4 Section 154, Rancho de la Nacion; also that portion of land lying between the Southerly line of said 10 Acre Lot 12 and the Northerly line of said drainage channel continuing on arc to the right, having a radius of 420 feet to its intersection with the Southerly line of said 10 Acre Lot 12. That the City Clerk be and hereby is authorized and directed to record a certified copy of this resolution in the office of the Recorder of San Diego County.
