RESOLUTION No. ?632
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to Ver 1 D. and 1 1 a C. Mason
for the purpose of constructing a four unit dwelling on an area having
7,300 square feet.
Said property is described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 1 of J.D. O'Connell's Terrace Subdivision, according
to Map No. 1229 filed January 12, 1910, except Westerly 125 feet.
(1225 East I8th Street, National City.)
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis-
sion as hereinafter set forth:

Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from date hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of
the above conditions will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.
