Said property Xsxdescribed7GOGi5tlX in Notice of Use District Hearing dated the 29th day of September, 1959, a copy of which is hereto attached and by reference is made a part hereof. That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis- sion as hereinafter set forth: Sidewalks and curbs pursuant to National City standard specifications shall be installed in accordance with the directions of the City Engineer of National City prior to the making of a final inspection by the Building Inspector of any improvements located on said premises.
