RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION MAP
Be it resolved by the City Council of National City,
California as follows:
1., The City Council of the City of National City hereby
finds and determines that all requirements imposed by the
laws of the State of California and the ordinances of the
City of National City pertaining to the final map of the
subdiv sion known as Williams Manor No. 6 Subdivision have
been satisfied and that the City Council now has jurisdiction
to act upon the said final map.
2. The proposed contract submitted by the subdivider, a
copy of which is attached hereto, be and the same hereby is
approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the same for and on behalf of City of National City.
3. The surety bond in a principal sum equal to the
estimated costs of the improvements guaranteeing performance of
said contract is hereby approved and ordered filed.
4. The City Council of City of National City hereby
approves said final map and hereby accepts, on behalf of the
public, all streets, alleys, rights of way and all parcels of
land offered for dedication for public use by and on said
final map, and the City Clerk and Mayor are hereby authorized
and directed to so certify on said final map.
5. The City Clerk of National City is hereby authorized
and directed to transmit said final map to the Clerk of the
Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego.

CONTRACT FOR COMPLETION OF SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT
IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, a municipal cor-
poration and Wilco Development Company, a partnership consisting of
Harry L. Williams & Ralph T. Reithlev
hereinafter called "SECOND PARTY" as follows:
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is the owner of real property in the City of
Natienal City, County of San. Diego, State of California, said property being a
resubdivision pf all of Lots 9 and 10 and portions of Lots 11 and 12 of
B. F. Pritchgrd's Paradise Villa Addition to National City according to
Mau thereof No. 155.filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said
San Diego County
to which reference is hereby made; and
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY proposes to create a 49 Lot Subdivision, of
said above described property to be known as Williams Manor No. 6 Subdivision
and to effect the same has heretofore filed with the proper authorities. of the
said CITY OF NATIONAL CITY the necessary maps and improvement plans and other
data in conformity with the laws of the State of California and the Ordinances of
the City of National City applicable thereto; and
WHEREAS, the said proper authorities of said City have found the proposed
subdivision plan to bet acceptable and in accord with the beat interests of said
City; and
WHEREAS, the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY is entitled to require from the
SECOND PARTY, and doss require from the SECOND PARTY, as a condition precedent
to the acceptance of any and all streetsand easements, assurances for the com-
pletion of the public improvement in said subdivision as is provided therefore
in said plans and specifications as have heretofore been approved as aforesaid; and
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is desirous of supplying such assurances;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
and said SECOND PARTY, as follows:
1. Said SECOND PARTY agrees to undertake and complete, and to pay for all
labor and materials in connection therewith, within a period of 365 days from
the date hereof, 311 the necessary work and installation of improvements in the
hereiaabove described subdivision in full conformity with the Ordinances of the
City of National City, the laws of the State of California and directions of
proper officials If the City of National City, California, all pursuant to the
approved plans ani specifications therefore on file in the City Clerk's office
as may be applicable thereto. The estimated cost of said improvements is
$ 145.797.00
The SECOND PARTY further agrees to perform the following work and abide
by the following :onditions as part of the improvement of this subdivision;
All underground utilities, including services and laterals, are to be installed
by the subdivider prior to installation of pavement. Such utilities are to
include water, gas and sewer. All streets, alleys, and drainage courses adjoining
the subdivision and affected by subdivision grading are to be graded for safety
and drainage as deemed necessary by the City Engineer. Slope banks within and
adjoining the subdivision shall not exceed one unit vertical to one horizontal
in cut and one unit vertical to one and one-half units horizontal in embankment.
All hazardous cuts and embankments within or adjoining the subdivision are to be
protected by adequate fences as directed by the City Engineer. Local drainage
within the subdivision is to be so developed as to discharge into streets, alleys
or approved drainage systems. All development of local drainage systems is to be
subject to the approval of the City Engineer.
The SECOND PARTY further agrees to indemnify, protect and hold harmless

the said CITY OF aATIONAL CITY from any and all claims of liability for personal
injury, property damages, labor or material claims which may be made against
said City by reason of said work and installation of improvement as herein provided.
2. As a guarantes and as security for its full and faithful performance in
complying with all the requirements for the completion of said subdivision as
aforesaid, the said SECOND PARTY shall deliver to the said City of National City,
upon the execution of this agreement, a good and sufficient bond executed by an
authorised surety company satisfactory to the said City of National City in the
sum of $ 145,797.00
3. Upon the execution by SECOND PARTY of this Contract and the posting of the
bond as herein provided, and upon the full and complete performance by SECOND
PARTY of all requirements imposed upon SECOND PARTY by Ordinances No. 803, 904
and other applicable Ordinances of National City, the City of National City agrees
to approve the Final lisp of said Subdivision and accept the same for recordation.
