RESOLUTION No.7495
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows:
That a special zone variance permit be granted to
K. T. McBride
for the purpose of permitting erection of signs not to exceed 240 square feet.
Said property is described as follows:
Lot 2, Roth Tract, National City. (2928, 2930, and 2934 E. 8th
Street.)
That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis-
sion as hereinafter set forth:
That all signs now erected on said premises which are not in
conformance with Ordinance No. 750 be removed forthwith.

Construction is to be commenced within ninety days from dote hereof.
This permit shall expire day of 19 Any violation of any of
the above condit ons will void this permit and the same shall lapse and be of no effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 1959.
