HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 7518RESOLUTION GRANTING SPECIAL ZONE VARIANCE RESOLUTION No. 7518 Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: That a special zone variance permit be granted to CHARLES E. WI LLIAMS for the purpose of constructing an additional building on an R-I lot having 7,500 square feet. Said property is described as follows: All that certain property on the South side of 20th Street between Grove and Prospect Street more particularly described in Notice of Use District Hearing attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. That said permit is granted upon the conditions and recommendations of the City Planning Commis- sion as hereinafter set forth: The existing house now located on the premises cannot be rented.
