RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEER'S REPORT AND FIXING HEARING DATE
(Rachael Avenue from 6th Street and 8th Street)
The City Council of the City of National City does hereby
resolve as follows:
That the Engineer's report on the proposed improvement of
Rachael Avenue from 6th Street and 8th Street be and hereby is
approved.
That a hearing on the report of the City Engineer regarding
said proposed improvement shall be held by the City Manager and
the City Engineer on the :Z'% day of July, 1959, at the hour of
S:00 o'clock p.m. in the City Caunc 1Ch3::14ors, in the City Hall,
National City, California.
That before the day of June, 1959 the City Clerk shall
give notice of said hearing by mailing a copy of the notice,
postage prepaid, to all persons owning real property which is
proposed to be assessed to pay any part of the cost of the work,
and whose names and addresses appear on the last equalized County
Assessment Roll, at their address as shown upon such Roll or as
known to the Clerk.
Thatat the hearing protests may be made orally or in writing
by any person who would be entitled to protest or object to the
ordering of the things proposed to be done at a hearing on the
Resolution of Intention. All written protests must be filed with
the City Clerk at or before the time fixed for the hearing. Any
protest relating to the regularity or sufficiency of the proceed-
ings shall be in writing and shall clearly set forth the irregularity
or defect to which objection is made.
