HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 7532RESOLUTION NO. 7532 WHEREAS, the sum of Thirty-seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($37,500.00) has been expended for street maintenance between July 1, 1958, and June 1, 1959; that said expenditure is legally chargeable against the SPECIAL STATE GAS TAX IMPROVEMENT FUND and is a portion of the gas tax allocated by the Division of Highways and accepted by the City of National City by Resolution No. 7451; and WHEREAS, said sum has been heretofore advanced by, and paid from, the TRAFFIC SAFETY FUND; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to repay said sum to the TRAFFIC SAFETY FUND; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: That the sum of $37,500.00 be transferred from the SPECIAL STATE GAS TAX IMPROVEMENT FUND to the TRAFFIC SAFETY FUND -STREET. r PASSED AND ADOPTED this / /i' day of / j , 1959.
