PROCTOR doing: -business under the fictitious firm came and style of NATIONAL CITY RUBBISH SERVICE, for the collection of rubbish in the City of National City, a copy of which is hereto attached and is made a pErt hereof by reference, is hereby approved and the Maycr is authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of National City.
